Terms & Important Conditions

Booking our services mean you understand and agree to these terms and conditions below.

All Services

NETT Rates ONE WAY, Valid 01 April 2018 – 31 March 2019
PRICES INCLUDE GST, TOLLS, ALL AIRPORT PARKING AND LEVIES
No eating or drinking in vehicles, and seatbelts MUST be worn.
If more than one pick up is required, an extra charge of $30.00 applies.
Charter/Touring Driver and vehicle is $80 per hour or $90 per hour with 10 or more passengers.
Meet and Greet & assist with documentation etc $50 per hour minimum 4 hour charge
RESERVATIONS: Can be made 24/7 you will receive prompt confirmation bookings@greetandmeet.com.au
AFTER HOURS: A surcharge of $40.00 applies to all pick ups between 10.00pm and 5.00am
LUGGAGE: Each pax is allowed 1 standard (30kg max) suitcase and 1x 7kg carry on. An additional cost of $7.50 per bag applies and prior notification is essential.
BABY/BOOSTER SEAT: No charge, but MUST be requested at time of booking.
NO SHOWS: Full price charged.
CANCELLATIONS: Full price if made less than 12 hours before pick up.
PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS: Once a job is completed a Tax Invoice / Statement is sent and payment by return is appreciated. We take cash, bank transfers, and all major credit cards. Paid on receipt of invoice. Accounts available for regular clients.

Airport Pick ups:

Our drivers go in when the flight has landed, clients need to go directly to collect luggage and go to pick up point (those directions are on confirmation details). We are only allowed a certain amount of time and if clients cause delay, overtime charges may apply.
ALL CARE IS TAKEN TO ENSURE FLIGHT TIMES ARE MET, HOWEVER, NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ACCEPTED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS INCURRED BY CLIENTS IF UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES PREVENT US FROM DOING SO.
WHERE DO WE MEET YOU AT THE AIRPORT?
Brisbane Domestic: Once landed go directly to luggage carousel collect your luggage and wait there, the Driver in once the flight is landed with your nameboard as we are given 20 minutes to COLLECT-LOAD-GO (extra charges will apply after this and will be passed on if it is not an Airline/Airport problem)
Brisbane International: We will meet you when you exit customs hall into terminal, turn left driver will be waiting with your nameboard near "coffee club". Again extra charges must be paid to driver if delays occur other than Airline/Airport problem.
Gold Coast/Coolangatta International: Directly in front of the exit door from customs with nameboard.
Gold Coast/Coolangatta Domestic: As you exit from arrivals to luggage carousels driver will wait with nameboard.

Hotel Pick ups

Time given is time of departure and has been confirmed, Clients must be in Lobby ready to go, any waiting time will be charged for, (our drivers have been instructed that after notifying client that they are in place, to wait only 5 minutes longer then leave- a no show will then apply)
